Hello Friends,
Hope all is well. I've been on a few on forums lately, trying to connect with like-minded people. It's a good way to share information on any subject that you could ever think about. Todays quote comes from a contributer who remained nameless.
"Positive thoughts (joy, happiness, fulfillment, achievement, worthiness) have positive results (enthusiasm, calm, well-being, ease, energy, love). Negative thoughts (judgment, unworthiness, mistrust, resentment, fear) produce negative results (tension, anxiety, alienation, anger, fatigue)."
-- Peter McWilliams
It's important to keep your thoughts in check. It is a hard thing to do because we have so many thoughts shooting in and out of our minds all the time. One way to keep our thoughts in check is to stay in the "attitude of gratitude." By being thankful, you will breed positive thoughts. Your thoughts will be full of joy, happiness, fulfillment, achievement, and worthiness.
Negative thoughts not only hurts the mind but also hurts your physical body. Worrying has been proven to impede natural body function. People stress themselves out. Their blood pressure rises. Your overall well-being is jeopardized. You can also hurt the people around you. No one wants to be around a complainer. Complainers like other complainers. Don't fuel such conversation. These "bad vibes" are very contagious.
So focus on the positive, be thankful for what you have, and spread love to others.
Thanks for listening.
