What's In Your Vibrational Bubble?

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Yesterday I gave you a brief introduction to Michael Losier and his best-selling book, Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't. Since applying the exercises that he presents, I have greater clarity as to the direction I want to go in.

One of the subjects Losier talks about is our "Vibrational Bubble." This is how Losier's explains what a Vibrational Bubble is.

"Imagine that you have a bubble that is surrounding you and captured within this bubble are all the vibrations you are sending out. The Law of Attraction is responding to whatever is inside you Vibrational Bubble."

Losier tells us that all of our wants and dreams are outside of this Vibrational Bubble. If they were inside of your Bubble, you would already be enjoying them.

So how do we include what we want in our Vibrational Bubble when we don't have it yet? Losier gives a long list of ways to place our desires in our Vibrational Bubble. Here are a few.

"You include your desires in your Vibrational Bubble when you...

-are talking about your desire
-are daydreaming about the desire
-are visualizing your desire
-are pretending to already have the desire
-are noticing something that reminds you of your desire
-are noticing something positive
-are making a collage about your desire
-are praying for your desire
-when you celebrate evidence of your desire

It is important to keep what's in your Vibrational Bubble positive. As soon as you allow negative thoughts and actions to enter your Vibrational Bubble, these negative emotions take the place of your original ideas, and the Universe begins to respond to them instead.

Here's a short video by Michael Losier that talks about the importance of knowing what is in our Vibrational Bubble. Our emotions trigger whatever it is we get from the Universe. By deliberately offering up positive vibrations, you will begin to realize your dreams faster. Thanks for listening and enjoy the video.
